Paragraph 51,

  1. Absatz eins,Dieses Bundesgesetz tritt mit 1. Juli 1990 in Kraft, die Paragraphen 2, Absatz 2, 24, Absatz eins, 3, 4, 6 und 7 sowie 48 in der Fassung des Bundesgesetzes Bundesgesetzblatt Nr. 20 aus 1992, treten mit 1. Jänner 1991 in Kraft.
  2. Absatz 2,Soweit durch dieses Bundesgesetz auf andere Bundesgesetze verwiesen wird, sind diese in ihrer geltenden Fassung anzuwenden.
