Inkrafttreten

Paragraph 10, (1) Dieses Bundesgesetz tritt am 1. Jänner 1995 in Kraft.

  1. Absatz 2,Paragraph eins,, Paragraph 6 und Paragraph 7, Absatz eins, in der Fassung des Bundesgesetzes Bundesgesetzblatt Nr. 297 aus 1995, treten mit 1. Mai 1995 in Kraft.
  2. Absatz 3,Paragraph eins, Absatz eins,, Paragraphen 5 a bis 5 c und Paragraph 7, Absatz eins, in der Fassung des Bundesgesetzes Bundesgesetzblatt Nr. 153 aus 1996, treten mit 1. April 1996 in Kraft.

Paragraph 5 b, ist nicht anzuwenden, wenn das Dienstverhältnis vor dem 1. April 1996 gekündigt worden ist und auf Grund von Kündigungsfristen oder auch Kündigungsterminen nach dem 31. März 1996 beendet wird.

  1. Absatz 4,Paragraph eins, Absatz 2 und Paragraph 6, in der Fassung des Bundesgesetzes Bundesgesetzblatt Nr. 201 aus 1996, treten mit 1. Jänner 1996 in Kraft.
