  1. Absatz eins,Paragraph 17, Absatz 2, in der Fassung des Bundesgesetzes Bundesgesetzblatt Teil eins, Nr. 158 aus 1998, tritt mit 1. Jänner 1999 in Kraft.
  2. Absatz 2,Die durch das Bundesgesetz Bundesgesetzblatt Teil eins, Nr. 61 aus 2000, geänderten Schwellenwerte des Paragraph 221, Absatz eins und 2 und des Paragraph 246, Absatz eins, sind erstmals auf Geschäftsjahre anzuwenden, die nach dem 31. Dezember 1999 beginnen.
