Übergangs- und Schlußbestimmungen

Paragraph 25,

Alle bis einschließlich 31. Dezember 1974 bewilligten Abänderungen der Pflichtzahl gemäß Paragraph eins, Absatz 4, sind letztmals für die Berechnung der Ausgleichstaxe für das Kalenderjahr 1974 anzuwenden und verlieren mit dem Inkrafttreten dieses Bundesgesetzes ihre Wirksamkeit.

Anmerkung

1. § 24 wurde durch Artikel IV Abs. 4, BGBl. Nr. 721/1988, aufgehoben. Die Artikelbezeichnung und -überschrift wurde daher hierher übernommen.
