Paragraph 117 a,

  1. Absatz eins,Dieser Abschnitt ist auf die Beamtinnen und Beamten in der Fernmeldebehörde anzuwenden. Der Begriff „Fernmeldebehörde“ umfasst alle Verwendungen bei der Fernmeldebehörde in der Zentralstelle und im nachgeordneten Fernmeldebüro.
  2. Absatz 2,Das Gehalt des Beamten der Fernmeldebehörde wird durch die Verwendungsgruppe und in ihr durch die Gehaltsstufe bestimmt und beträgt:
