1. Das Bundesbezügegesetz wurde in Artikel 2 des Bezügebegrenzungsgesetzes, BGBl. I Nr. 64/1997, kundgemacht.
2. Der gesetzliche Kurztitel wurde mit Wirksamkeit vom 1.8.1997 vergeben (vgl. BGBl. I Nr. 119/2001). Aus dokumentalistischen Gründen wurde auch in den bereits aufgehobenen Dokumenten der Kurztitel angepasst.
