Präambel/Promulgationsklausel

Der Nationalrat hat beschlossen:

Anmerkung

1. Das Disziplinarstatut für Rechtsanwälte und Rechtsanwaltsanwärter wurde in Artikel I des BGBl. Nr. 474/1990 kundgemacht.
2. Der gesetzliche Kurztitel und die Abkürzung wurden mit Wirksamkeit vom 1.6.1999 vergeben (vgl. BGBl. I Nr. 71/1999). Aus dokumentalistischen Gründen wurden auch in den bereits aufgehobenen Dokumenten der Kurztitel und die Abkürzung angepasst.
