Anmerkung

1. Erfassungsstichtag: 1.1.1991
2. Durch Art. VI Z 3 BGBl. Nr. 343/1989 und – überflüssigerweise – durch Art. V Z 11 BGBl. Nr. 10/1991 wurden im gesamten Genossenschaftsgesetz formale Absatzbezeichnungen eingeführt.
3. Der Begriff „Genossenschaftsregister“ ist durch Art. XXII Abs. 3 des Firmenbuchgesetzes, BGBl. Nr. 10/1991, allgemein durch den Begriff „Firmenbuch“ ersetzt worden.
